We are very pleased to be sponsoring Bristol's newest football club, Bristol Ladies Union Football Club.

BLUFC, affectionately known as The Blues, is the city's first club to offer girls from the age of 6 through to ladies the opportunity to play football under the banner of one club. The Club, which is run entirely by volunteers, has a thriving seniors, girls and juniors sections and offers some of the best coaching and playing facilities outside the professional clubs.

Maria Crayton, Marketing Manager of The Mall, says: "Girls football is the fastest growing sport in the country and is a great way to have fun and keep healthy. We know that wearing the right clothes makes you feel confident and so we're delighted to support The Blues with a stylish new strip and wish them lots of luck in their first season."

Players of all abilities are welcome to join and have fun playing football. For younger players, the emphasis is on non-competitive play. As they progress through the Club, they move into competitive league football, with the junior teams playing in the Bristol Girls League and the senior team in the South West Women's Premier League.
